Machu Picchu Adventure 04 Days
Do you have time per Cusco and want a qualified experience? Making a trip to Machu Picchu without train service could be interesting; so, there are many reasons: enjoy surrounding landscape; take outdoor hike on flat paths; avoid high train ticket costs or qualified travel against spending; this route is increasingly their popularity, at the moment universe of adventurers is too small compared whit who traveling by train. The plan we present, develops many PLUS and allows you to enjoy additional places during the trip; due to demands of the hike, this excursion is NOT appropriate for children under 12 years of age, people over 60 years and people who have any type of physical limitations.
Inca’s Sacred Valley
FIRST DAY: initially, we leave from Cusco city to Chinchero village, there, visit archaeological side, a colonial chapel and handicraft market; next, trip continues to Moray Terraces where
we find an agricultural experimentation centers with circular terraces and microclimates; then, trip continue to Maras Salinas where we verify, salt is still extracted as same at pre-hispanic times, basically, salt water which emanates from inside of mountain is conducted to small plots for a crystallization process, these plots, are more than 5000, views in global plus geographical surroundings give us beautiful pictures; after that, trip continues to Urubamba where a buffet lunch with Andean ingredients awaits as “a small sample of Cusco cuisine”.
Experiences continue with a trip to Ollantaytambo, known as “Inca living Inca”, these per architecture and Inca structures which are maintained over time; initially, we explored archaeological side with our Guide, whose conditions give an opportunity to show off knowledge and skills into his work, so, you would have an unforgettable time; then, we do our check in our hotel, after that, we have a free afternoon to explore this really interesting Inca’s village; there are so many things to discover, these would be a best complement of the day and get so many experiences. SECOND DAY: today our car coming from Cusco city, pick up time would be not early, so best time you think in the morning we have a possibility to climb to Pinkunlluna Mountain to explore Inca’s buildings and have an overview to village and surroundings or have a second visit to Ollantaytambo archaeological site. Initially, we pick up at your place 9.40 am about Hydroelectric direction, our trip continue to Malaga pass where the forest brow in a way to Santa Maria, Santa Teresa as relevant points, besides many picturesque villages and beautiful landscape; then, we have a lunch at Hydroelectric, after that we begin hike Machupicchu village knows as Aguas Calientes, by a 11 km riverside stretch of Willkamayu or sacred river and railway track; road is quite flat, but environment is adorned with intense vegetation, high mountains and warm places that make happy hike. Fastest people could take one and a half hours and slowest three hours on average. Overnight.
Guided Tour Machu Picchu
THIRD DAY: as previous day coordination having a most opportune schedule of us, based on our times and activities; so
initially, we go to access site outdoor of Machu Picchu Sanctuary; next, registering our income we climb to “Guardian House” our Guide makes an integral presentation taken advantage its panoramic and qualify position in there, we could obtain best memorable photographs of the trip, as well a classic ones pictures, basically this is nectar of the trip; then, our guide develop a tour to sites as: main square, Intihuatana, mortars room, three windows temple, Condor´s temple and many other places per two hours average.
After guiding, we have free time per a single activities or routes such as: (1), go to Inti Punku or Sun’s Gate which represents access site to Machu Picchu Sanctuary by Inca Trail; (2), make way to Inca Bridge; (3),climb up to Machu Picchu mountain, which is highest point over the site, it has a great goddess view for surroundings including Willkamayu river; (4), climb up to Wayna Picchu, best plus activity into Machu Picchu the Sanctuary, is a huge mountain shown in classic pictures; (5), self-tour again to important sites you consider as well taking care and avoid exit circuit because our entrance fee ticket expires after for hours. At end of your activities inside Machu Picchu, take a bus to “Puente Ruinas”,
there we hike to Hydroelectric and catch a collective to Santa Teresa, do a check in at our guesthouse to finally go to Cocalmayo thermal baths, enjoy it as you want and overnight.

FOURTH DAY: Free day in Santa Teresa with suggested activities such as: 1) return to the thermal baths, 2) visit “Cola de Mono” a park where we could enjoy a zip line adventure and others, 3) a relaxing day. At around 3.30 pm, our transport is return to Cusco city, end of a great and unforgettable experience.
